• Monitor project progress and support resolution of technical issues.
• Supervise installation testing and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead preventive maintenance activities and manage system faults.
• Contribute to strategic planning for maintenance and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of electrical mechanical and telecom power systems including AC units and E&M infrastructure.
• Coordinate installation and upgrade projects with Head Office consultants and contractors.
• Prepare technical specifications cost estimates and project timelines aligned with design standards.
• Monitor project progress generate reports and support resolution of technical issues.
• Supervise installation testing and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Lead preventive maintenance activities and manage rectification of major system faults.
• Contribute to strategic planning for maintenance and operations in line with regional policies.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Masters preferred)

Experience

• 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in the telecommunication and/or power industries.
• Proven leadership in operations project management and technical oversight.
