About the role

The Technician 3 plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing the employee residences facilities by performing inspections, routine upkeep and preventive maintenance across a wide range of building systems and equipment.

Working closely with the Facilities Manager, the technician supports electrical, mechanical, kitchen, carpentry, audio‑visual, fire life safety and recreational water systems, as well as colleague rooms, public areas and exterior features.

About you

The role requires experience in trades related to facilities maintenance, with strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and rectification abilities. It involves performing both preventative and reactive maintenance, often in restricted or high‑pressure environments. Effective communication, a willingness to assist colleagues, and knowing when to elevate issues to superiors are also essential.
