Binance – Trading Support Specialist (VIP & Institutional – EU/MENA)
About the Role
Join Binance’s elite VIP & Institutional Team, serving the company’s highest value clients—including hedge funds, asset managers, high-frequency traders, and financial institutions. This customer-facing role involves technical trading support, API guidance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure an optimal client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for VIP and institutional clients using Binance’s products and services
- Guide clients on API integration and system usage
- Troubleshoot account and platform issues in real time
- Relay feedback to internal teams (e.g., product, risk, finance)
- Provide product updates and release notifications
- Support communication across different time zones and channels
Qualifications
- 3+ years in trading support, financial services, or a related client-facing role
- Strong understanding of trading platforms, order types, and market operations
- Experience with API trading, troubleshooting, and client onboarding
- Fluent in English (multilingual abilities are a bonus, especially in MENA/EU languages)
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Familiarity with crypto trading, derivatives, or blockchain concepts is a strong plus
