• Develop and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and preferences.
• Create detailed architectural plans, including space layout, materials, and finishes.
• Collaborate with the project team to select furniture, fixtures, and equipment that enhance the design concept.
• Oversee the construction process, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately and according to specifications.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to financial targets.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any construction or design issues.

• Mentor and guide junior members of the design team, providing feedback and support as needed.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Architect, ideally with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
• Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Strong visualization and conceptualization skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs.
• Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
