Our client is an established organization from the UAE working in the healthcare sector. To enhance the health of the local population, we are embarking on a digital health transformation journey to enhance healthcare services and electronic offerings.
The initiative aims to implement AI use cases that improve health, ensure compliance with local regulations, optimize healthcare services quality and cost-efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes through automation and personalized treatment plans.

IF YOU ARE
- A strong Agile leader with at least 3+ years of proven experience in Agile and a managerial position
- A solid practitioner with at least 5+ years of proven experience in SDLC
- Experienced in working with external stakeholders autonomously
- Good at coaching and mentoring teams
- Familiar with user story mapping and continuous process improvement approaches
- Skilled with scaled Agile frameworks, Agile release planning or PI planning, and XP practices
- Understanding the agile metrics and coaching of Scrum roles
- Possessing impediments management skills such as scrum events facilitation, training preparation, mentoring, cross-team dependency management, conflict resolution, and reporting
- Aimed at improvement and problem-solving
- An advanced English speaker, well-versed in the language for business-related needs
- Experienced working with Middle East region companies (would be a plus)
AND YOU WANT TO
- Work remotely from Abu Dhabi for a minimum of 1 year
- Determine and define the project framework and process according to the client's context
- Follow continuous improvement best practices
- Identify, track, and assist in the removal of waste from the delivery pipeline
- Assist in preparing and participating in PI, release, and any scaled planning activities
- Facilitate Scrum of Scrums meetings and assist in developing a self-organizing team using Scrum roles workshops and delegation cards-board techniques
- Assist managers with tools and techniques for facilitating specific team events, such as establishing the team's ground rules and sessions
- Perform coaching sessions with team members
- Assess and indicate improvements for Scrum teams
- Support scope definition using Agile techniques such as user story mapping, empathy mapping, and brainwriting
