ABOUT US

Aurem is the intelligent operating system for retirement and wealth.

We’re looking for several Operations Managers to further develop our customer operations function.

YOUR MISSION

As a passionate and detail-oriented operator you will help build and scale the backbone of our operational functions across compliance, support, and payments. This is an opportunity to build new things, own meaningful projects from start to finish, and have a direct impact on how Aurem operates and grows.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Champion a philosophy of automation-first—identifying and implementing AI or tooling-based solutions
  • Execute and optimize day-to-day operational processes across compliance, support, and payments
  • Manage routine, and ad-hoc tasks—anything from onboarding flows to internal process audits
  • Cross business collaboration to build and implement scalable workflows
  • Respond to internal and external customer issues with empathy, accuracy, and speed
  • Maintain high-quality documentation of operational policies and knowledge bases
  • Participate in strategic initiatives to optimize Aurem’s operations and customer experience
  • Interact directly with senior stakeholders at banks and financial institutions, ensuring professionalism, clarity, and reliability in delivery

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, customer experience, tech, or finance (ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment)
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and institutional partners
  • Ability to shift seamlessly between tactical execution and high-level strategy
  • Strong process and detail orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A clear and opinionated understanding of what great customer experience is
  • Passion for fintech, startup life, and building something from the ground up
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently, with a bias toward action
  • Able to work core UAE business hours regardless of location
