Job Title: Clinic Receptionist - Immediate Availability

We are currently seeking a European national female Clinic Receptionist with immediate availability to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in clinic operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a welcoming and efficient experience for patients. Basic knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage as you will be working in a reputed airline clinic where communication with both local and international patients is key.

• Patient Reception: Greet patients and visitors warmly, offer a compassionate and professional atmosphere; check-in patients and collect necessary information accurately; schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
• Phone Management: Answer phone calls promptly and direct inquiries to the appropriate department; confirm and remind patients of upcoming appointments.
• Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as patient record management and data entry; coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance information and eligibility; assist patients with insurance-related inquiries.
• Medical Billing: Support the processing of patient invoices and the collection of payments; ensure accurate documentation of billing information.
• Patient Assistance: Address patient queries and provide information regarding clinic services; maintain a helpful and informative atmosphere for patients.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Follow clinic protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff; adhere to confidentiality guidelines concerning patient information.
• Collaboration with Medical Staff: Coordinate with medical professionals to facilitate smooth clinic operations; communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.

• Previous experience as a receptionist in a clinic setting is essential.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and clinic procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (basic knowledge of Arabic is preferred).
• Experience using clinic management software is an advantage.
• Ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
