Job Title: Pastry Chef

Location: Abu-Dhabi

Salary: 1700 AED per month

We are looking for a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking, excellent pastry skills, and a creative flair for designing desserts. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, breads and other baked goods as per recipes or customer requests
• Create new recipes as needed
• Follow food safety guidelines when preparing food items
• Monitor the quality of ingredients used in the production process
• Develop menus with emphasis on desserts and pastries
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is kept clean and in good working order
• Ensure proper staff training on baking techniques and food safety standards

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and presentation standards
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. mixers)
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations
