We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer with a deep understanding of the real estate market capable of transforming complex information into clear accurate and engaging content. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales marketing and property development teams by preparing and documenting technical guides property presentations market reports and instructional manuals ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external clients.
- Prepare and edit technical documents and real estate marketing content including product brochures client guides and technical data sheets.
- Craft precise and clear content that communicates the technical features and real value of properties in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
- Collaborate with sales marketing and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
- Develop templates and instructional materials to support teams and clients in understanding projects and property offerings.
- Stay updated on market and technical trends to ensure content is current and adds informative value.
- Create clear and comprehensive presentations and analytical reports for various stakeholders.
- Proven experience in technical writing or producing complex real estate/commercial content.
- Excellent written communication skills in both Arabic and English with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Strong understanding of real estate terminology and the local and global market.
- High research and analytical skills to understand property features and client needs.
- Attention to detail with strong adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
