AECOM are looking for a dynamic Project Surveyor to be part of some of the most prestigious and landmark projects in Dubai.

Role & Responsibilities

• Specialized in PostContract Cost Consultancy services with experience in mid to largescale residential commercial and hospitality projects.

• Proven ability to work within a team delivering postcontract cost management and consultancy services.

• Supports Senior Quantity Surveyors in:

  • Measurement and assessment of variations

  • Preparation of payment certificates

  • Final account preparation

  • Cost reporting and analysis

• Adheres to quality control procedures and ensures compliance with internal processes.

• Assists in benchmarking data collection and preparation of internal reports.

• Capable of supporting the production and delivery of various deliverables across all Funder Advisory services.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying Engineering or a related construction field.

• Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS) or actively working towards APC.

Experience

• 45 years of postgraduate professional experience.

• 23 years of relevant experience in the Middle East.
