We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Solutions Architect to join our team at Cigna International Health in Dubai UAE. This role primarily focuses on leading and advising on architecture across all applications related to regulatory and compliance initiatives within the UAE . You will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization meets all regulatory requirements at all times while fostering innovative solutions that align with our strategic goals. You will also be involved in supporting other architecture initiatives linked to digital and technology transformation within the region.

• Architecture and Design:

  • Act as the technology subject matter expert for regulatory change projects including data residency privacy and compliance requirements in the UAE.
  • Design develop and implement robust architectural solutions that align with local regulatory frameworks to deliver highquality customer experience using frameworks such for backend and React for frontend solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including legal compliance and IT teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Analyze regulatory policies and changes providing architectural recommendations to address gaps or impacts on existing systems.
  • Develop data residency strategies and oversee the deployment of datacompliant solutions across cloud and onpremise platforms.
  • Identify architectural risks and provide mitigation strategies while ensuring scalability security and reliability.
  • Architect cloudbased highly scalable extensible loosely coupled and secure microservices using RESTful/GraphQL for seamless integrations using API gateways for management and control of API libraries.
  • Implement OIDC (OAuth) and SAML authentication and authorization protocols.
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure accurate communication of architectural decisions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the integration of emerging technologies ensuring compliance with UAEspecific regulations while driving innovation.
  • Guide and mentor technical teams to adopt best practices in architecture and design.
  • Ensuring success of IH Techs multiyear transformation journey by strategic and cost effective mindset.

• Collaboration:

  • Work with crossfunctional teams including CX/UX/UI designers backend engineers and product owners to drive commonalities consistency and reuse across projects.
  • Collaborate with the IH Architect community and other senior stakeholders to align solution and system architecture with the overall enterprise architecture vision and strategies.
  • Participate in agile transformation initiatives with a strong emphasis on SAFe methodology.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven 10 years experience in technical architecture preferably in highly regulated industries (e.g. finance healthcare).
• Strong understanding of UAEspecific regulations related to data privacy data residency and other compliance requirements.
• Experience in managing regulatorydriven projects and ensuring the architectural alignment of systems and platforms.
• Expertise in designing and implementing secure and scalable enterpriselevel architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g. Azure AWS or Google Cloud) and hybrid architecture models.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are an advantage.
