Role Overview

We are hiring a senior technology leader to drive enterprise engineering programs, cloud-native transformation, and technical delivery across large-scale digital and platform initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong engineering leadership experience, deep technical expertise across Azure cloud, microservices, DevOps, integrations, and data engineering, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technology outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Engineering Leadership & Program Oversight
  • Lead cross-functional engineering teams across large-scale platform modernization, digital transformation, and mobility initiatives.
  • Drive engineering governance, delivery alignment, and program execution across diverse technology streams.
  • Translate business goals into engineering roadmaps, ensuring alignment with product, architecture, and operational priorities.
Cloud & Architecture Strategy (Azure Focused)
  • Define and implement enterprise engineering strategies and cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure.
  • Provide architectural guidance for hybrid and multi-cloud environments, ensuring scalability, resilience, and compliance.
  • Evaluate and implement cloud optimization practices including cost governance, automation, and service rationalization.
Technical Delivery & Quality Assurance
  • Review, validate, and guide technical artefacts including architecture diagrams, design documents, code quality, and performance benchmarks.
  • Ensure engineering outputs meet enterprise standards for security, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Oversee end-to-end engineering delivery for both front-end and back-end components, ensuring coherence and APIs & Event-Driven Architecture :
  • Lead adoption of microservices, API-first design patterns, event-driven workflows, and containerization strategies.
  • Oversee implementation of scalable distributed systems using Kubernetes, Docker, and modern API gateways.
DevOps & Automation
  • Enable strong DevOps culture through robust CI / CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
  • Promote engineering excellence with improved pipeline efficiency, observability, and release governance.
Data Engineering & Integration
  • Supervise the design and implementation of ETL pipelines, real-time integrations, data streaming, and end-to-end data engineering processes.
  • Oversee integration patterns across internal systems, partner platforms, and cloud-native environments.
Technology Innovation & Optimization
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for mobility, digital platforms, cloud modernization, and scalability improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve engineering risks proactively.
  • Improve platform performance, reliability, and customer experience through innovation and best practices
