We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic colleague focused on Human Resources professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of service and provide creative solutions to our colleagues.

As a Colleague Accommodation Attendant, you are responsible for ensuring and maintaining a hygienic accommodation for all colleagues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Clean all common areas of the accommodation
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times, especially in the bathrooms
  • Clean all public areas in and around the accommodation
  • Ensure maintenance requests are immediately made and follow-up on pending requests
  • Prepare rooms for new associates arriving as per SOPs
  • Ensure accommodation of new associates is in hygienic and good condition
  • Maintain an inventory of all new linen purchased for colleagues
  • Maintain the furniture store of the accommodation
  • Clear all garbage on a daily basis
  • Report any complaint from associates regarding the accommodation to the Director of Human Resources / Human Resources Manager
  • Ensure that no misuse of equipment or FF&E in the accommodation is taking place

You should have ideally a high school qualification with previous experience in a related discipline.
