Job Title: Accountant (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Dubai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to manage financial processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in financial reporting, and the ability to streamline accounting functions using Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
2. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in Microsoft Dynamics.
3. Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
4. Manage bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and tax filings.
5. Generate and analyze financial reports using Microsoft Dynamics.
6. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
7. Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
8. Work closely with internal teams to improve financial processes and system efficiency.
9. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
10. Stay updated with industry trends and accounting best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in accounting, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics (NAV/AX/365).
3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus.
