Job summary

A leading hospitality group in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee local and international accounts. The role involves managing client relationships, preparing sales reports, and contributing to the marketing strategy. Candidates should possess a degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration, have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a 5-star hotel, and be fluent in English. The position requires strong sales skills and knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a sales position, preferably at an international 5-star hotel.
• Fluency in English written & spoken; fluency in other languages is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts in the Sales & Marketing department for local and international bookings.
• Prepare and present a weekly sales activity report to the department heads.
• Solicit existing and potential customers through personal contact and correspondence.
