Job summary
A leading luxury retail firm in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to execute and plan marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within brand-conscious organizations. Responsibilities include developing initiatives, analyzing competitor activities, and coordinating with teams for effective brand strategy implementation. English proficiency is essential, with Arabic being an advantage.
Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in brand-conscious organizations within the retail industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives.
- Maintain alignment with Principal requirements.
- Identify opportunities for brand equity enhancement.
- Map competitors’ activities relevant to marketing.
- Develop BTL and POS marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with CRM for brand strategy support.
- Provide performance reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain marketing calendar for initiatives.
