- Manage and guide the team in executing day-to-day tasks.

- Track and analyze team KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving internal issues.
- Maintain and share progress reports with stakeholders.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
