- Identify and secure strategically located properties for Noon Minutes expansion across multiple Emirates.
- Conduct site visits, market research, and feasibility studies to assess potential locations.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental agreements, and other property-related contracts with landlords and real estate agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top real estate agencies, landlords, and property developers to stay ahead of market opportunities.
- Develop a robust pipeline of available properties that align with Noon Minutes’ expansion strategy.
- Keep up to date with market trends, rental fluctuations, and government regulations impacting real estate acquisition.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for securing new properties based on the company’s growth plans.
- Track and report progress on property acquisitions, lease negotiations, and market opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Legal) to ensure smooth onboarding of new locations.
- Experience: 3-5 years in real estate, retail expansion, or property scouting within the UAE.
- Network: Strong connections with leading real estate agencies, brokers, and landlords.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate favorable lease terms and rental agreements.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE’s real estate landscape, especially commercial properties.
- Target-Driven: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet acquisition targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
