A leading company in the lubricant industry is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to ensure efficient and safe operation of the lubricant oil filling section. Responsibilities include planning production, supervising a team, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with maintenance. A diploma in engineering with 25 years of experience in the filling industry is required. The role involves shift-based work and offers accommodation and standard benefits as per UAE labor law.

- 25 years experience in lubricant or FMCG/chemical/liquid filling industry.
Responsabilités
- Daily planning and execution of lubricant oil filling as per production schedule.
- Supervise and guide filling operators and helpers.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for routine servicing and breakdowns.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs GMP and ISO standards.
- Report and record near misses incidents or unsafe conditions.
- Maintain shift-wise production logs and prepare daily production reports.
