A technology support firm in Dubai seeks an Executive Support to the GM. Responsibilities include managing schedules, overseeing office operations, and handling financial documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has a minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role in the UAE. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills in English are required. Excellent organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Admin in the UAE
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong written and verbal communication in English (Chinese is a plus, but not mandatory)
Ability to handle urgent tasks and occasional overtime
Previous experience supporting senior executives (GM / CEO / Director level)
Familiarity with contract filing, document management, and finance‑related paperwork
UAE driving license is a plus
Experience in technology, IT, or system integration industries is advantageous
