Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design for luxury villa and mansion projects.
Prepare and review detailed drawings, plans, and specifications.
Collaborate closely with interior designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed.
Manage client requirements and expectations throughout project phases.
Oversee site visits and coordinate with construction teams for quality control.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of experience in design & build projects, preferably in luxury residential sector.
Proven track record with ultra-luxury villa and mansion projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
Strong understanding of finishes, materials, and construction techniques for high-end projects.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
