We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our Retail Projects & Store Design team. In this role, you will liaise with contractors, suppliers, architects, and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of construction works. You will play a key part in delivering projects that meet approved designs, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Assess project drawings and determine material requirements for procurement.
  • Coordinate with architects, mall management, and clients for project approvals.
  • Prepare and monitor project programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain effective communication with contractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supervise site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct quality checks, manage progress billing, and oversee project close-out procedures.
  • Ensure health & safety compliance on-site.
  • Guide and motivate team members to achieve performance excellence.
Qualifications
