Job description

SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Plastic Surgeon Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both reconstructive and aesthetic surgical practices, focusing on helping patients achieve their desired outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and care.

As a Plastic Surgeon Specialist, you will be responsible for performing surgical procedures, consulting with patients about their expectations, and ensuring comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care. This role requires exceptional technical skills, compassion, and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough consultations with patients to determine their surgical goals and appropriate treatment options.
  2. Perform a variety of plastic surgical procedures, including cosmetic enhancements and reconstructive surgeries.
  3. Monitor and manage patients' care throughout the surgical process, from pre-operative assessments to post-operative follow-ups.
  4. Stay informed about advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technologies.
  5. Educate patients on the risks, benefits, and expected outcomes of surgical procedures.
  6. Collaborate with other medical professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans.
  7. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient interactions and surgical procedures.

Qualifications:

  1. Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  2. Completion of a residency program in Plastic Surgery.
  3. Board certification in Plastic Surgery.
  4. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a surgical setting.
  5. Proven expertise in both aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and medical staff.
  7. Ability to work in high-pressure situations with a meticulous attention to detail.
  8. Commitment to continuing education and staying current with trends in plastic surgery.
