Administrative Manager



A leading contracting company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Manager to join our team. As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and managing a team of administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records and files for all administrative tasks, including but not limited to payroll, expenses, and inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Monitor office supplies and equipment inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Act as the main point of contact for all administrative matters, both internally and externally
- Plan and schedule meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and other events as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a contracting company or construction industry
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
