Position Summary

Our WMS Product Planning Manager will be the bridge between business users and product managers and connect the knowledge base across different markets.

This is an on-site position based in Wrocław, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Stay close to our key business stakeholders, understand their visions about business growth and translate the needs into product roadmaps
• Drive the planning of product enhancements by carefully analyzing the operation data, user feedback and competitive landscape
• Provide accurate and frequent product insights to drive warehouse operation excellence
• Create, assign and manage product design tasks
• Understand and manage vendor systems to ensure stable operations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logitics Management, Supply Chain Engineering or related fields
• Over 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in warehouse and logistics management
• Understand end-to-end supply chain processes and previous experience with WMS is a must
• Highly motivated, energetic, and capable of addressing issues with a strong sense of urgency
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to research and benchmark
• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
