About the Role

Were looking for aWarehouse Operations - Senior Team Leaderto support our leadership team in executing daily operations supervising shifts and reporting performance across key logistics functions. You will drive compliance continuous improvement and act as a vital link between frontline teams and management leveraging digital tools and data insights to boost efficiency and productivity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate the team to meet the daily production goals on safety quality velocity and cost targets.
• Implement productivity quality and service standards; resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support team members with workflow related questions/queries. Train and onboard team members in standard work processes.
• Proactively resolve issues and generate new ideas for your assigned area using the Continuous Improvement (CI) process to improve quality effectiveness and safety.
• Contribute performance data to strategic planning and reviews.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and repaired as needed.
• Applies structured methods to resolve daily issues (e.g. inventory discrepancies bottlenecks).
• Uphold an inclusive engaging safety culture.

Your profile what you should bring:

• Bachelors degree or higher.
• 25 years of experience in warehousing distribution or transportation.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
• Must be flexible and support extra hours if required and willing to work on a multi shift pattern.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Aware of controls and expresses emotions and handles interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.
• Self-motivated with the flexibility to deal with independent and team behaviors you should be able to motivate teams through positive reinforcement to build an inclusive environment.
