We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our team in the Hospital & Health Care industry. This role is vital in ensuring that all supplies and equipment are efficiently stored, maintained, and distributed within our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Organize and store medical supplies and equipment in designated warehouse locations.
  • Prepare and package orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and compliance with handling protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse environment to meet health and safety standards.
  • Assist with regular inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks, if certified.
  • Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to support timely supply chain operations.
  • Adhere to all hospital and healthcare regulations concerning storage and handling of medical materials.
Requirements
