Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle basic service requests
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
• Clear tables and reset them promptly for new guests
• Handle POS transactions, billing, and payments accurately
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
• Support team members during busy periods
• Upsell menu items and daily specials when appropriate
