Job Summary : We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Waiters / Food Runner to join one of our leading client restaurant in Al Ain. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring seamless coordination between the kitchen and service staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests courteously and provide menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
• Serve dishes and beverages professionally according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables before and after each guest.
• Upsell menu items and suggest specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle guest queries and resolve complaints politely and promptly.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Support team members and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Process customer payments and handle billing efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waitress / food runner in a restaurant or hospitality environment (UAE or GCC experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other language skills are an advantage).
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
