We are currently looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiters to join at one of Dubais most prestigious heritage hotels located in one of the citys most iconic destinations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and make recommendations based on customer preferences
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and products
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and processing payments
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
