Job Title: Server/Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced servers/waiters/waitresses to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and tact
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Accurately process payments from guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server/waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
