Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in product management, digital transformation, or agile delivery.
• 5+ years in a senior Product Owner or leadership role within an agile organization.
• Experience in digital product management in Banking and/or established FinTech.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the CASA Transformation roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Define and prioritize backlogs, craft user stories, and set acceptance criteria.
• Lead an agile squad; own product decisions and sprint planning.
