We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Vice Principal to join our client's School. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree or NPQH, along with a teaching certification and a principal or educational management qualification. The Vice Principal will work closely with the Principal and other school leaders to provide strategic direction and support for the overall management and operations of the school.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Management: The Vice Principal will assist the Principal in providing strong leadership and management for the school, ensuring that all policies, procedures, and practices are in line with the school’s vision and mission.
  2. Curriculum Development: The Vice Principal will work with the curriculum team to ensure the development and implementation of a rigorous and relevant curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
  3. Teacher Development: The Vice Principal will support the professional development of teachers by providing coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities to enhance their teaching skills and pedagogy.
  4. Student Welfare: The Vice Principal will oversee the welfare and well-being of students, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all.
