Overview

Services is a key growth driver for EEMEA. The Network Services team accelerates commercialization and distribution of all Services solutions across three product groups – Security Solutions, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement and Business & Market Insights – through every Services distribution channel, at scale. We also enable synergies with other Mastercard product groups. Our mandate: deliver sustainable, recurring revenue powered by value‑based pricing, innovative business models, tailored propositions and resilient go‑to‑market strategies across priority customer segments and buying centers.

Role Overview

The Vice President Pricing & Analytics will lead the end‑to‑end commercialization of Mastercard’s Services portfolio – transforming ideas into market‑ready solutions that deliver recurring, profitable growth. The role is accountable for designing and operationalizing the commercialization engine that connects new products and innovation to market execution across all Services distribution channels – including Network‑Based Distribution, Embedded Channels, Reseller & Referral Partnerships and Developer/Technology Partnerships. This leader will also orchestrate enterprise‑wide commercialization and pricing strategies, unlocking synergies across Mastercard’s broader product groups to maximize value, scale and revenue impact. By embedding pricing discipline, advanced analytics and commercialization governance, the role ensures a unified enterprise‑level approach to monetization, yield optimization and sustainable revenue growth for the EEMEA Services business. The Vice President, Pricing & Analytics role reports into the SVP Network Services, EEMEA and is based out of Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize commercial models – including subscription, usage‑based, outcome‑based, and hybrid structures to align monetization with customer value, product profitability and enterprise growth objectives.
  • Develop and govern pricing frameworks across all Services product lines and distribution channels establishing pricing guardrails, margin management and deal governance to ensure commercial discipline and alignment with EEMEA Services’ financial goals.
  • Lead end‑to‑end commercialization and G2M of new Services products, concepts and solutions from proposal design, syndication and approvals to customer communication – ensuring market readiness, scalability and commercial viability across channels and customer segments.
  • Drive pricing intelligence and performance optimization through elasticity modeling, competitive benchmarking and profitability analysis, leveraging data‑driven insights to strengthen deal quality and commercial outcomes.
  • Embed enterprise‑wide pricing and commercialization governance by partnering cross‑functionally with Finance, Legal, Product and Sales to institutionalize pricing discipline, align commercial decisions with strategic priorities and ensure consistency in market execution.
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for pricing and commercialization practices across the region, building organizational capability, advancing analytics maturity and ensuring decisions balance growth, yield and enterprise value creation.
Analytics and Revenue Orchestration
  • Business Case Modeling: Design and maintain robust financial and commercial models to evaluate new product, pricing and commercialization opportunities. Quantify value, revenue potential, margin impact, cost‑to‑serve and ROI to inform investment and go/no‑go decisions.
  • Portfolio Analytics & Performance Management: Conduct ongoing analysis of product, channel and customer performance to assess portfolio health, profitability and yield trends. Identify underperforming areas, uncover growth levers, and drive optimization across the Services portfolio and distribution channels.
  • Data‑Driven Insights & Strategic Decision Support: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership – guiding strategic planning, pricing evolution, commercialization priorities and resource allocation.
  • Revenue Orchestration & Performance Governance: Integrate financial, commercial and customer data to build a holistic, enterprise‑wide view of Services revenue performance across channels. Drive predictability, yield realization and sustainable growth through disciplined revenue orchestration frameworks and KPI governance.
  • Cross‑Functional Alignment: Partner with Finance and broader Mastercard Product Groups to embed shared commercialization capabilities, harmonize pricing and monetization frameworks to drive enterprise‑wide growth and value creation.

  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years in Commercial Strategy, Pricing or Revenue Operations ideally in Fintech, SaaS or Platform businesses.
  • Strong commercial acumen and command of unit economics, pricing architecture and margin management – proven ability to translate analytical outputs into commercial insights and strategic recommendations that drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and business performance across complex portfolios.
  • Payments & Commercialization Expertise – Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem – including card and acceptance economics, pricing levers, partner dynamics, and digital commercialization models. Experience supporting product monetization and go‑to‑market execution across multiple payment flows and distribution channels.
  • Business Case & Portfolio Leadership – Skilled at overseeing the development of business cases and portfolio analytics frameworks. Ability to synthesize insights across multiple initiatives to inform prioritization, investment decisions, and commercialization strategy.
  • Stakeholder Management & Influence – Strong relationship builder with the credibility to engage senior leaders across Product, Finance, Data & Services, and Market Development. Able to simplify complex insights into clear, compelling narratives that influence strategic and financial decisions.
