Maroon Venture Fund I LP is expanding our UAE team and is seeking a Venture Partner based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai (only!).

Note: This posting emphasizes qualifications for a Venture Partner role in Venture Capital, with a focus on Healthy Aging, Healthspan, and Longevity. The fund is a US Venture Capital Fund (Seed to Series A+) investing anchor capital to accelerate innovation, with a platform supported by affiliates.

We are looking for an experienced Venture Capital Investor who meets all qualifications and is ready to join our dynamic investment team.

What we ARE looking for in a Venture Partner

1. Portfolio or fund management experience (non-corporate) at a Venture / Growth Capital, Private Equity Fund, or Family Office (not investment banking or corporate)
2. Venture capital investment track record with demonstrable deals and exits; minimum 5–10 years
3. Relevant sector expertise in Preventative Health, Precision Medicine, Blue Economy, Built Environment, Artificial Intelligence, and / or Deep Tech
4. Strong early-stage or LP / family office relationships or captive capital
5. UAE LOCATION : Abu Dhabi or Dubai only
6. "Partner-ready" mindset —not just seeking a job; potential for growth toward full-time and / or GP role
