Job description

Our client, a global beverage company, is looking to hire a Van Sales Supervisor or Van Sales Manager based in Dubai, managing the Traditional Trade & HoReCa clients. Budget: 15K–20K + Benefits.

We have multiple positions; the same role applies to Abu Dhabi.

Note: Only candidates managing a team of Van Sales Reps (15-20), with a leading brand, will be shortlisted for this role.

JOB PURPOSE: The Van Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of Van Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales and distribution targets across assigned territories. This role ensures strong retail execution, optimal route coverage, customer satisfaction, and high visibility of the product portfolio in Traditional Trade.

The Supervisor plays a key role in expanding the brand's footprint by driving market penetration, securing new retail accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring “BRAND” products are well-positioned and visible at points of sale in alignment with brand guidelines.
