Position: Usher Supervisor

Duration: 1st Feb 2026 - 8th Feb 2026

Location: Abu Dhabi (Candidates based in UAE will be preferred)

Key Job Responsibilities
1. Ushering & Guest Services Operations
  • Supervise ushering activities across assigned event zones, including entrances, seating areas, concourses, and exits.
  • Ensure guests are greeted professionally and guided to correct seating, sections, or event areas.
  • Manage crowd flow before, during, and after the event to avoid congestion and ensure safety.
2. Team Supervision & Leadership
  • Lead, brief, and deploy usher teams according to the event operational plan.
  • Monitor usher performance and provide on-the-spot guidance and support.
  • Act as the main point of contact for ushers during the event.
3. Coordination with Event Teams
  • Liaise with event management, security, ticketing, and venue operations teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Communicate real-time updates, seating changes, or access restrictions to the usher team.
4. Customer Experience Management
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special assistance requests professionally.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained throughout the event.
5. Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure ushers follow venue policies, event procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Assist in emergency procedures, evacuations, or incident management as directed by event control.
6. Reporting & Post-Event Duties
  • Report incidents, guest feedback, and operational challenges to the Event Manager.
  • Participate in post-event debriefs and provide improvement recommendations.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days
