  • Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks including leave management, contract preparation, and compliance tracking.
  • Liaise with government entities and external vendors as needed.
