Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Customs Clearance or Cross Border experience required.
• Experience in or exposure to logistics and ecommerce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process all customs documentation, including import/export declarations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable customs laws and regulations.
• Submit customs declarations to customs authorities for timely clearance.
• Act as the primary point of contact between customs authorities and shipping companies.
• Calculate and verify customs duties and tariffs accurately.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customs records.
• Address and resolve issues related to customs clearance.
• Provide guidance regarding import/export regulations and documentation.
• Identify potential risks in the customs clearance process and mitigate them.
