Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a Finance and Treasury Department.
  • Knowledge of trade documents and related processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily treasury and banking activities.
  • Review bank positions daily and generate bank statements.
  • Book bank entries accurately into the accounting system.
  • Update the collection cheque register and dispatch cheques for clearance.
  • Process vendor payments and ensure timely generation.
  • Ensure effective use of online banking platforms.
  • Coordinate with multiple bank departments.
  • Prepare cheques and coordinate with management for signatures.
  • Provide documentation support for trade documents.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies for payments and treasury transactions.
  • Support compliance reviews and statutory audits.

Skills
