Job Description

• Handle reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and holiday packages accurately and efficiently using travel booking platforms/software
• Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat; resolve inquiries, issues, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all bookings comply with airline, hotel, and regulatory requirements; prepare itineraries, tickets, and travel documents accurately.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and suppliers to confirm bookings, update availability, and provide management with booking trends and client feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Arabic (both verbal and written); Candidates aged 34 and below are preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Reservations Agent or in a Travel & Tourism customer support role (no sales experience required); IATA certification is an advantage.
• Proficient in travel booking and reservation platforms (e.g., GDS or online booking systems) and comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer service attitude - able to handle booking inquiries, itinerary changes, and reservation requests with accuracy and professionalism.
