Responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs within the retailing division
• Design and develop training and development programs that meet the business and individual employees needs
• Ensure that all training programs are within budget and in line with company objectives
• Conduct evaluation of all training and development programs
• Tackle specific training programs with the support of line managers

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of training management experience
• Minimum of 2 years training experience within retail
• Diploma, Associate Degree level of education or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of learning and evaluation theories, techniques and design solutions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong presentation skills
