Summary

We are seeking a skilled Trainer to join our Center of Excellence (COE) team. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees within the organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct technical training based on the trade hired for on Civil Works, MEP, Interiors and Joinery Works specifically
  • Masonry (Block Mason, Plaster Mason, Tile Mason, Stone Mason)
  • Steel Fixing
  • Shuttering Carpenter
  • Gypsum Carpenter
  • Plumbing
  • HVAC
  • Welding
  • Deliver induction and refresher training on construction methods and best practices.
  • Organize on-site demonstrations, mock-ups, and practical skill sessions.
  • Train teams on reading drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  • Support HSE team in conducting safety training and toolbox talks.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain training records, attendance logs, and competency assessments.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Proven experience as a Trainer or in a similar role.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  5. Ability to adapt training techniques to different learning styles.
  6. Certification in training or adult education is a plus.
