About the Role

The Traffic Manager will be pivotal in orchestrating the workflow of creative projects ensuring optimal resource allocation and seamless coordination across teams. This role is essential for maintaining project momentum resolving bottlenecks and delivering high-impact work on schedule in a dynamic agency environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the intake review and clarity of project briefs ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Assign and manage internal resources to balance workloads across creative and account management teams.
  • Establish and communicate project timelines milestones and deliverables.
  • Act as the central point of communication between creative account management and operations teams.
  • Analyze workflows propose and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and project delivery.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or bottlenecks.
  • Maintain and adjust project schedules to meet deadlines and manage changes.
  • Ensure all creative outputs meet agency and client standards before final approval.
  • Provide regular progress updates resource allocation reports and performance metrics to leadership.
  • Facilitate post-project debriefs to capture learnings and drive continuous improvement.
  • Archive completed work in line with agency processes for future reference.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications in project management are a plus.
