Reports To: Country Sales Manager
To lead and execute trade marketing strategies and activities that enhance brand visibility drive consumer demand and support the achievement of sales targets across all channels. The role is crucial in aligning marketing plans with trade execution and ensuring consistency in brand presentation at the point of sale.
Develop and implement channel-wise trade marketing plans aligned with overall brand and sales strategy.
Tailor campaigns for different channels including modern trade traditional trade wholesale E-commerce and B2B.
Plan execute and track trade promotions and BTL activities.
Support new product launches through detailed launch plans including in-store activations sampling and retail campaigns.
Ensure effective use and distribution of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM).
Develop and maintain planogram compliance and display standards across all relevant outlets.
Provide the sales team with promotional tools product training and retail pitch support.
Collaborate with Key Account Managers and field sales to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives.
Coordinating with Key Account Decision Makers for periodic marketing plans and activations in coordination with sales team.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and consumer behavior at the retail level.
Analyze data from campaigns and promotions to improve efficiency and ROI.
Prepare and manage the trade marketing budget ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Track expenditures and ensure alignment with approved plans.
Coordinate with Supply Chain Finance and Sales teams for end-to-end campaign execution.
Work closely with principals and retailers for trade activation.
Managing Trade Marketing team (Promoters).
Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration or related field. MBA is an advantage.
58 years of relevant experience in trade marketing or sales within the household/FMCG sector.
Experience in managing retail activations and promotions across various channels.
Proven ability to handle large-scale campaign planning and execution.
Experience within GCC is a plus.
Arabic is a plus
