Job Description
- Drive Competitive Sales Growth: Identify and prioritize high-potential customers through data analysis (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescription decisions. Drive sales performance by orchestrating positive customer experiences.
- Engage and Build Relationships: Engage in value-based conversations (in-person and virtual) to understand customer challenges, decision drivers, pain points, and opportunities. Personalize engagement journeys for target HCPs, reflecting their preferences and leveraging multiple channels. Build partnerships with HCPs for sustained collaboration. Establish relationships with opinion leaders and medical influencers to improve the patient journey.
- Develop Deep Customer Insights: Gather insights on customer businesses, follow up on feedback, and translate responses into value-creating actions. Use data to prioritize and adjust interaction plans. Share insights internally to support content and campaign development.
- Deliver Value to Customers and Patients: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address unmet needs. Act as a trusted partner, listening to customer needs and creating value-added solutions in a compliant and ethical manner.
- Act with integrity and honesty: Treat customers and colleagues transparently and respectfully. Uphold the Novartis Code of Ethics and Values. Speak up on ethical dilemmas.
Major Accountabilities:
- Achieve business growth objectives within budgets and timelines.
- Exceed SFE KPIs through effective execution.
- Implement marketing messages and strategic projects.
- Manage and engage TMEs by understanding their needs.
- Collaborate across functions, share insights, and manage account mapping.
Requirements:
- Degree or education in a relevant discipline.
- Proven successful performance record.
- Experience in Immunology preferred.
- Solid experience in the UAE market preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing and engaging TMEs.
