Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products or services, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote products and services.
  • Deliver scripted and unscripted sales pitches to explain product features and benefits.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Answer customer questions, handle objections, and resolve queries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall company sales goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
