Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition
    • Actively seek out new clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
    • Convert leads into funded trading accounts by presenting the value of the company’s products and services.
    • Follow up with prospects to guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Understand client needs and offer tailored trading solutions or platform support.
    • Provide a high level of customer service and be the first point of contact for queries.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay up to date on forex market trends, economic news, and the company’s trading platforms (MT4/MT5).
    • Clearly explain trading features, account types, leverage, spreads, and other offerings to clients.
    • Work toward individual and team sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
    • Track daily sales activity, leads, conversions, and report progress regularly.
    • Coordinate with account managers, marketing, and support teams to enhance the client journey.
    • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming for lead generation strategies.
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Ensure all communication and client interactions follow regulatory standards (KYC, AML, etc.).
    • Maintain accurate and updated records of all leads and client interactions in the CRM system.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in forex, finance, or fintech industries).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of forex trading and platforms like MT4/MT5.
