A leading healthcare organization in Dubai seeks an A/C Technician responsible for maintaining HVAC systems. The technician will perform routine checks, deep cleaning, and preventive maintenance on various A/C equipment. Ideal candidates will proactively engage in system improvement planning and efficiently communicate issues to maintenance management. This role is crucial in ensuring a compliant and efficient cooling environment within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain A/C log books.
• Clean the filters regularly and as required.
• Maintain AHUs, FCUs, deep freezers, split A/Cs.
• Perform routine and breakdown maintenance.
• Be involved in long-term planning for system improvements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To maintain A/C log books.
• To clean the filters regularly and as required.
• To maintain AHUs, FCUs, deep freezers, split A/Cs, etc.
• To carry out routine / breakdown maintenance.
• To actively involve in evolving long term planning for improvement in the system.
• Change the filters yearly.
• Check the belts of the AHUs.
• To do servicing of split A/Cs and AHUs.
• To take stock of the items and inform the maintenance in charge to arrange for necessary material(s).
• To convey day to day problems/issues to the maintenance in charge.
• To carry out necessary preventive maintenance on all A/C equipments.
• To perform any related job / work when assigned by the superior.
