Overview

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Technical Sales Engineer to manage and grow the sales of ventilation and airside products in the region.

The ideal candidate will work closely with local distributors, maintain strong relationships with consultants and contractors, and ensure steady market expansion through strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Promote sales of ventilation and airside products, including smoke vents.
  • Manage and support the local distributor's sales and application teams.
  • Achieve sales targets through both distributor and direct sales channels.
  • Regularly visit consultants, clients, and contractors to generate new business.
  • Coordinate and participate in local HVAC events and exhibitions.
  • Facilitate vendor registration with consultants, clients, ministries, and local authorities.
  • Offer pre-commissioning support and technical visits as needed.
  • Maintain detailed product knowledge to provide effective technical support.
  • Lead daily sales activities in coordination with the Country Manager and the global sales team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in HVAC or ventilation systems sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
